Only joints enhancements and modifications allowed. 2. Different Colour schemes allowed. 3. Other modifications spotted would caused entry redirected to category A)MECHA OPEN. General Rules & Regulations
Entries (including winners) in any past competitions are allowed to take part. Models MUST be made and painted by the participants themselves. Participants are encouraged to attend the Prize Presentation. We would try to protect all entries from any unnecessary damages. However, we would not be held responsible for any damages should they occurred. All selected winners thru combined judging is final. Top entries would be required for SD Frontline display for 2 months after event. Friday (7th) is only open to all participants to aid in the combined judging. NO cameras, bags or jackets allowed into the exhibition area.

7th June 2002 (Friday) : Submission Day - closed to public. 1000HRS to 1900HRS - Entries Submission Those who need to submit earlier or later pls contact me in advance, for those who are in either Junior or Diorama categories, there is a need to submit earlier if u cannot submit on 7th, since the judging for these 2 cats are on the same night. Upon submission, you would collect/quick pick your goodies items. 1930HRS to 2100HRS* - Commence judging for 2 categories (Junior & Diorama) Participants only judge in the categories they took part in. 8th June 2002 (Saturday)* : First Public day 1000HRS - Open. Interested guys (non-participant) who wish to admit to view the entries can purchase their 2-day pass from the site reception counter or at our booth in World Book Fair 2002. They are entitled a lucky draw coupon and a free gift upon payment. 1400HRS to 1600HRS* - Resin Casting workshop. You can bring your own silicone moulds for casting. Only free resin are supplied. While stock lasts. Please take note that recasting of copyrighted items are NOT allowed. You may need to do your silicone moulds in advance. 1930HRS to 2100HRS - Commence judging for 2 categories (Open & OOB) Participants only judge in the categories they took part in. 9th June 2002 (Sunday)* : Judgement Day 1000HRS - Open. 1500HRS to 1600HRS - Lucky Draw Chosen guy who are not present on site to redeem the item would be void and redrawn. Participants can get a rep to stand in for him if he is not not to make it. Rep can only access the site at 1500hrs. 1630HRS to 1730HRS* - Early Dinner Buffet (Participants Only!) 1800HRS to 1900HRS - Prize Presentation (All) 1930HRS - Collection of non-winning entries. *Participants requires to produce ID to collect his entries. Rep requires written notice from Participants to collect.
